​Mr. Lodge is a Nationally Certified Professional Mediator (NCPM) who specializes in business conflicts and disputes, as well as family/marriage disputes.  He is also a registered tax practitioner in the State of California with an emphasis on business taxation.  His firm has been in business since 1984.

BUSINESS MEDIATION:  His business background with his firm has included business mediation and business advisory services.  Financial reporting and tax services.  He has served many types of industries that have included the construction and project administration of co-generation power facilities, manufacturing, construction, trucking, entertainment, sports, real estate, mortgage, healthcare, and project development firms.  Business mediation provides business entities the ability to sit with a mediator and come to an agreement to settle a dispute or internal business issues that include workplace conflicts.

Mr. Lodge has owned companies in the United States and in Asia that have included a large tax firm in Los Angeles, a healthcare staffing firm certified by JCAHO, real estate brokerage firm, a call center in the Philippines, and a RN nursing review center and English language training center.  He has a strong knowledge of Asia and their business practices.

FAMILY MEDIATION:  In his family mediation side he provides pre-marital agreement mediation, pre-divorce and co-parenting mediation, and family dispute that involve family members, family reunification after long years of separation from a dispute, and family business disputes.

​Mr. Lodge is a Certified Mediator through the National Association of Certified Mediators.  Nationally Certified Professional in Mediation.  Completing 60 hours of training each year.

Mr. Lodge has written three books that are sold on www.amazon.com.  The books are - Daily Strategy, Mediating Business and Life and Ethically Thinking, It's Not That Hard.
